Le test d'étanchéité à l'air Le technicien installe un cadre en nylon rouge sur votre porte d'entrée, équipé d'un puissant ventilateur calibré. Ce ventilateur aspire l'air de la maison, dépressurisant l'intérieur à -50 Pascals par rapport à l'extérieur. Cela peut paraître impressionnant, mais on ressent plutôt une légère brise près d'une fenêtre.
Pourquoi ce test ? En abaissant la pression intérieure, l'air extérieur s'infiltre par la moindre fissure, le moindre interstice et la moindre ouverture non étanche de votre maison. Les fuites invisibles se transforment ainsi en courants d'air que vous pouvez sentir au toucher.
